Payment is upfront via PayPal (USD). The work will begin after the full payment is received.

Commission process: Rough sketch of the pose (+background) > Detailed sketch > Lineart (for non-chibi and non sketch color commissions) > Base color > Render/ Shading

I will change the sketch up to your liking for the first 2 steps. After that then any major changes to the lineart will be charged more

I may add detail fees for complex characters (discuss during sketch phase).

If you ask to be in the waitlist then please respond within a week after I send a DM notifying, or I will terminate that slot for the month.

Not taking up your slot without any explanation will resolve in being black-listed (*). You can exchange your slot in the waitlist with someone else.

Commissions are non-refundable unless I have to cancel your commission for personal reasons

If you don't pay me 10 days after I've sent the invoice without noticing me or give a reasonable explanation, I'll put you in blacklist.

I have the right to post the commissions on my social media and portfolio. Private commission fees will be 25% of the total price. However, you can request the time for me to upload the commission

Commissions are only for personal use. If you want to use it for commercial purposes please discuss it with me first.

Average turnaround time is 1-3 months. I will inform you when I have an update on your commission.

(*) Blacklist means I will not serve you in the future and warn other artists about you
